Dave Hanhart has been in the general practice of law in Tuscarawas County since 1980. He was the senior active principal of Hanhart, Deeds & Bauer, a Dover, Ohio law firm which merged its practice with Black McCuskey in July, 1999.

He was president and founder of Colonial Title Agency of Tuscarawas County, Inc., a full service real estate escrow and title company which is now American Title Associates Agency, Inc.  A member of the Tuscarawas County, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, he is also a member of the Ohio Land Title Association.
Dave has been active in the Tuscarawas County community and has served multiple terms as a board member and president of the Tuscarawas County YMCA Board of Directors. He is a past board member and president of Community Professional Services, Inc., a provider of mental health and counseling services. Dave has served in captial campaigns for building expansions to the Tuscarawas County YMCA, Community Professional Services, Inc., and the Dover Public Schools.

Currently, Dave serves as a director and past president of the Tuscarawas County Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) that promotes economic development and job creation in Tuscarawas County. He is Chairman of the Tuscarawas County Port Authority and is a trustee of the Tuscarawas County Community Foundation, serving as Chairman of its grant making committee.

Marketing Coordinator – Dover Office

Sally is the Marketing Coordinator for American Title’s Dover Office.  She has been with American Title six years and brings over 25 years of marketing experience including new home construction marketing.  Sally is an active member of several local organizations, committees and trade associations including the Board of Directors for the East Central Ohio Building Industry Association and The Tuscarawas County Board of Realtors and ECOBIA 2006 Parade of Homes Co-Chairperson . 

Holly has nearly 20 years of title experience and has been employed with American Title over 5 years.  She is a licensed title insurance agent with a vast knowledge of the title industry including experience preparing closing documents and final policies.  Holly has performed a variety of title duties at American Title and currently is responsible for all order entries, tax & legals and accounting services.

Sandy is a closing coordinator and escrow officer at American Title.  A life resident of Tuscarawas County, she has over 35 years in the banking & lending industry performing various duties.  She joined American Title in 2003.
