Dave Hanhart has been in the general practice of law in Tuscarawas County since 1980. He was the senior active principal of Hanhart, Deeds & Bauer, a Dover, Ohio law firm which merged its practice with Black McCuskey of Canton, OH in July, 1999. Additionally, he was president and co-founder of Colonial Title Agency of Tuscarawas County which is now American Title Associates Agency, Inc., an affiliate of the law firm of Black McCuskey.
Dave has devoted a substantial period of his practice to real estate law and title matters. He has spoke at various functions and seminars on Real Estate Law, 1031 Exchanges and Estate Planning. Other areas of practice are Corporate, Estate Planning & Probate, and General Business.
Dave is a member of the Tuscarawas County, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, and a member of the Ohio Land Title Association.
He has been very active in the Tuscarawas County community serving multiple terms as a board member and president of the Tuscarawas County YMCA Board of Directors, a past board member and president of Community Professional Services, Inc., a provider of mental health and counseling services, a director and past president of the Tuscarawas County Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) that promotes economic development and job creation in Tuscarawas County, and a past Chairman of the Tuscarawas County Port Authority and trustee of the Tuscarawas County Community Foundation, serving as Chairman of its grant making committee. Dave has served in capital campaigns for building expansions to the Tuscarawas County YMCA, Community Professional Services, Inc., and the Dover Public Schools.

Sally has been with American Title since 2000, bringing over 25 years of marketing, retail, and sales experience; including new home construction marketing.
She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the East Central Ohio Building Industry Association and is chair of their membership committee. She is a past chairman of the ECOBIA’s Parade of Homes and on the 2008 Parade of Homes committee.
Additionally Sally is an active member of the Tuscarawas County Board of Realtors and was founder of their Caring Hearts committee.
She has served on the American Cancer Society’s Tuscarawas County Board and is a past chairperson of their Relay for Life. She is a past United Way volunteer, a member of the Tuscarwas County Chamber of Commerce, numerous other organizations and participated and graduated from Leadership Tuscarawas. Through the years, Sally has received numerous awards for her community involvement.

A life resident of Tuscarawas County, she has over 35 years in the banking & lending industry performing various duties. Sandy is active in her church and various community organizations. |

Holly has over 20 years of title experience, joining American Title in 2000. She is a Licensed Title Agent with a vast knowledge of the industry, including experience preparing closing documents and final policies.
Holly has performed a variety of title duties at American Title and currently is responsible for all order entry, tax & legals, recording of deeds and mortgages, final policies, daily accounting, in addition to performing numerous other duties at American Title. |
